FL May Hold "Gun-Free Zone" Stores Liable


Florida state Senate Judiciary Chairman Greg Steube has introduced SB 160, which would create a cause of action to hold liable stores that adopt "gun-free zone" policies when their disarmed patrons are harmed in a manner that would not have occurred had they been permitted to remain armed.
